Description
Whiting brahma hen saddle hackle on the pelt with chickabou attached. A great mix of feathers. The saddle hackle is great for soft hackles, collars, and matuka wings. Chickabou is fine marabou that makes great gills on nymphs and tails on small woolly buggers.

I always thought “Chickabou” was both expensive and not really needed for fresh water streamers… I was wrong on both counts. The full skins are indispensable and these flies outperform everything else I have tied over the last few years across species and water types.
