A little stiffer barbed and stiffer stemmed than their equivalent saddles, with longer length and a narrower profile too, these premium quality hen neck feathers are a great choice for creating upright hackle tip dry fly wings, wound bodies on smaller woolly buggers, and is really great for making collars on many different wet flies (Prince Nymphs,etc) as well.
