Description
Wapsi variegated chenille is unique in that it offers alternating bands of two colors that produce great fish catching flies. Variegated chenille is great for tying stoneflies (aka turds, girdle bugs, pats rubber legs, etc), buggers, and anything else you can dream of tying.

This is good stuff for larger Pat’s Rubberlegs patterns. For #8-12 I prefer the smaller FlyFishFood variegated chenille. I also used this to tie some JC’s Pygmy Sculpin (see tightlinevideo) in a mottled thorax color.
